Tiffany is an Intuitive Performance Coach and Spiritual Healer and Authenticity Mentor. She is a dedicated mom of four children, biological: Anthony (13), Lucy (8); step: Camden (6) and Luca (4).

She has almost two decades in the healing arts with double Bachelor's Degrees in Public Health and Psychology from Coastal Carolina University. Tiffany is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Reiki Master, Quantum Healing Expert, Psychiatric Specialist having work at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware in In-patient and Emergency Department Psychiatry, a Sovereign Mind Educator, Public Speaker, Published Author and Entrepreneur owning her own practice in Bel Air, Maryland and traveling throughout the country to work with her clients.

Tiffany's passion is working from her heart and identifying the deepest challenges within her clients to inspire them to achieve their highest potential both professionally and personally this lifetime. She has experienced in her personal life traumatic experiences ranging from childhood emotional abuse, rape, divorce, having two still-born children, anxiety, depression, ADD & a myriad of health challenges she has and is overcoming including Breast Implant Illness. All of which adds to a strong relatability to her clients as she opens up a sacred and safe container for them to be raw, real and vulnerable to achieve fast and drastic results.
