I follow nature’s own wild, organic rhythms, which demand an attitude of trust, surrender and childish delight.

The Wild Woman

Dullness - Magnetism - Florescence

Who is this Archetype?

The Wild Woman has a powerful, multifaceted energy. She is inherently magnetic and pulls people in to her own natural rhythm, which she adjusts and adapts to changing circumstances.. The Wild Woman has no fixed rhythm in life, embracing a whole spectrum of different cadences and extremes. She thrives on diversity and remains constantly fluid, rather than fixed into any long-term pattern. The Wild Woman and The Feminine, archetype 2, are very alike--their Shakti energy is what moves them through life, and they  have an all-embracing approach to life.

The Wild Woman can’t stand situations where others have control over her. She is a truly free spirit who likes to be in the flow of life, completely unrestricted

The Wild Woman teaches us about our human connection to the natural world. She embodies the energy of nature, flow, animals, and the elementals. The Wild Women is deeply connected to the moon cycles and feels the heartbeat of Mother Earth and is deeply connected to her body, understanding the sacred union between body and soul. She knows that our fate and the fate of the natural world are inextricably intertwined.

This archetype has to do with empowerment, especially when it tunes into archetype 10 and learns about the love of the self. The Wild Woman has a big aura. Her aura walks into the room before she actually does. People are turning around to look at her.

When people aren’t afraid of her seemingly extreme nature, the Wild Woman easily wins the respect, support, and admiration of others. The Wild Woman loves interaction and has friends in all situations and levels of society. Just as archetype 45, she loves bringing everyone together.

The Wild Woman represents the acceptance of the immense diversity of all forms of life, symbolized by the love of humanity. Her unassuming, nonjudgmental nature views humanity as one big community, all interconnected. She is the archetypal humanitarian, committed to improving the lives of others and the world. Her love of humanity encourages a unified welfare. Equality and fairness are key elements. In this sense she is very aligned with the archetype of Goodwill (45).

Internal Motivator:

The Love of Humanity

Caring About the Whole

Positive Attributes:

Achilles Heel:

Uncomfortable with fixed rhythms and routines

Can scare others through her “extremes”

Gene Key Patterns:

Victim of Narrow Mindedness

Dilemma: Comfort

Repressive Nature:

This kind of emptiness will inevitably lead to depression. You have at some level given up. It is a kind of negative acceptance or resignation. You have become stuck and afraid of fear itself. This causes the locking mechanism within that leads to depression and other disorders of a similar nature.

From the Gene Keys

Reactive Nature:

You do not accept dullness and try to escape it through denial. You hide behind a kind of vagueness, moving from one experience to another with no real sense of rhythm or purpose. Being an extremist, you can find yourself in all kinds of diverse situations and places with no real directed sense of passion. You are always on the move, never really able to commit to anything or anyone—running from your own shadows. You have a hidden rage within that prevents you from being with others for very long.

From the Gene Keys

Questions for Contemplation:

Where do you need to adjust your rhythm to be more “in the flow”?

Do you need to align yourself more with nature?

What is your relationship to animals? Plants? Seasons? Weather?

What is your favorite season and why?

What does the natural world seek to share with you?

How does the natural world influence your life?

What are your natural rhythms and how do they influence your life?

Where is judgment triggered in your experience?

Where are long-term patterns structuring your life?

What do you do if you are bored?

Do you try to escape dullness and feelings of emptiness through activity that doesn’t truly nurture you?

How do you experience diversity? Flexibility? Passion?

"I see heaven in a wildflower."

Phone Backgrounds

EMBRACE your shadows. Sometimes our shadows just need attention and love to be transformed. An embrace is a hug. We pull it in; we do not push away. Hug until it blends and transforms inside of you, revealing the GIFT within. The gift is then RELEASED within you and outside of you. You EMBODY the Siddhi when this essence vibrates through your whole being.

Absolutely resonate with this… I have 15.5 in my gks vocation… The one area in my life I’ve not been able to develop… I can commit in my relationships as my venus area is highly evolved but never have I been able to hold down a good job career as I can’t stand being trapped pinned down for more that a couple of days if that and most things I’ve tried I had no resonance with except gardening… Loved gardening but life adversity got in the way of making anything of it… The only thing I’ve found from my 44urs… Read more »

My Design Mercury is 15.2 and I’m well aware of my need to communicate my love for humanity while being in hermit energy and perhaps writing (Mercury). But like the other post of several months ago, “The Wild Woman” archetype and everything really that Simone said was 100% right on for me and very validating and I am most grateful. One suggestion though is to change the word “childish” above to “childlike.” “I follow nature’s own wild, organic rhythms, which demand an attitude of trust, surrender and childish delight.” That would be a more accurate representation of the energy. Again,… Read more »
