CHALLENGE YOUR MIND
THE STORM FREQUENCIES
Created by Melinda Butterfield
Over the course of three days we invite you to travel deep into the three frequencies of the The Storm Archetype.
The Storm has arrived! In these turbulent times it may feel like a crisis as you feel the nervousness in the air. This is the correct timing for embracing the Turbulence in your life and for all of society. Use mindfulness to witness your struggles with your emotions and sexuality openly and honestly. Remember what it is to be vulnerable and human because that is where you will find your greatest strength. Connect to the Shadow, Gift and Genius (Siddhi) and surrender as you hold the emotional power to persevere in the face of any opposition and embody Compassion and release it for Humanity.
Be open and vulnerable to however these frequencies show up for you. Release your expectations.
Journal out your experience.
Let's Brave the Storm Together.
“The Dark Night of the Soul”
Have you experienced your “Dark Night of the Soul?”
How is your perception clouded by The Storm?
Where in your life are you witnessing disorder?
Where are things unruly and tumultuous?
Are you experiencing Emotional Turbulence?
Are you experiencing Sexual Turbulence?
What makes you nervous?
What is restricting you?
How are you restricting yourself?
Are you feeling inexperienced?
Are you feeling vulnerable?
Vulnerability in the past has often been perceived as a weakness. How is it now your greatest strength? Vulnerability is key to unlocking the door to higher Frequencies.
Brene Brown-The Power of Vulnerability
How have you braved The Storm?
How have you brought Light to the darkest places of your life?
How have you moved through your clouded perceptions to let others see your Light?
How has your emotional pain driven you to change your human experience?
How have you learned to remain steady through patience and adapting to constantly changing feelings?
How have you moved through the Sexual Turbulence in your life?
What does it mean for you to embrace your humanness?
Compassion can motivate you to go out of your way to help the mental, physical, and/or emotional pains of others with sympathetic concern for their suffering or misfortunes. Do you hold compassion for others before holding it for yourself? Or do you hold compassion for yourself while withholding it from others? Instead of suffering along with them, try holding Sacred Space with them. Be passionate and be connected to them, but do not take it on as your own suffering. Feel it, be with it, and release it. Be the eye of The Storm. Let Compassion rain down upon all of Humanity!
How can you give compassionate strength to those that are poor in Spirit and hope?
How can you comfort those who are mourning in loss?
Can you embody what it means to let your ego go and be humble and patient through suffering?
How can you fill up those who hunger and thirst for what they believe is right and fair when they have been wronged?
How can you show kindness to others even to those that don't show kindness or mercy?
How can you let your true Compassionate self be seen...be pure in heart, do the right thing...even through turbulent times?
How can you control your behavior and be a peacemaker through all the conflict?
How do you hold compassion when people insult you, tease you, or judge you falsely?
