Description:
The Spark is creativity embodied. He loves finding fresh forms of expression that explore new avenues and break new ground. This archetype creates for the fun of it rather than for the purposes of recognition or reward. When he is in his element, his drive is invaluable to any project or endeavor. The Spark will automatically inject life and light into any group that he is part of.
The creativity of this archetype is rooted in a philosophy: “I have to do it my way.” He attracts attention but prefers to work alone, left to his own devices. His true power lies in his ability to be alone with himself and to trust in the power of his own uniqueness and timing. His genius is to bring something to the world that no one has ever seen before and that no one else can replicate.
This archetype is often singled out by others as a natural born leader. At the same time, he finds himself reluctant to assume any leadership role since he is not at all interested in being followed by others. The Spark has a close relationship with the Influencer (8). The Influencer loves to contribute and is often the agent for the Spark’s creations. Originality is the keyword of anything these two archetypes bring into the world.
It’s crucial for the Spark to have a satisfying outlet for creative self-expression. If this element is missing, it will create a heavy weight on his soul. He will have moments ranging from deep melancholy to existential despair. When he is feeling down, depressed, or numb, the Spark knows he is in the middle of a process. His body is recharging and something deep and original is growing inside of him.
Much like his closest ally, the Feminine (2), the Spark has learned to trust the present moment and allow any state of being or emotions to pass through. When surrendering to the void, unexpectedly, there will be a spark. And so, this archetype will suddenly feel energized and see the world from a fresh perspective. When he accepts the entropy, the truth of his aliveness, joy and beauty will eventually shine through – but only when the timing is right. There is just no way of forcing or controlling creativity.
Together with the Powerhouse (14), the Spark is the portal Guardian to the Codon Ring of Fire. This codon ring represents the energetic gem at the heart of creation where life is either fully engaged or completely at rest. When the inner divine fire is released through our DNA we become capable of miraculous power and beauty.
The Spark stands for the creative energy of Prime Yang, whereas the Feminine embodies the receptive energy of Prime Yin. In their platonic relationship, the Spark is the process of Evolution and the Feminine the process of Involution. Consciousness simultaneously evolving through and coming down into form through a perfect merkaba of oneness. This is where one plus one becomes three through their mystical relationship. Spirit and Soul as one. Eros and Agape in their eternal dance. Trusting the unfolding – through the alchemical fire of the Spark and the courageous and unequivocal embrace of the Feminine.
