Who is this Archetype?
The Mystic is a pure channel for inspiration and creativity. Her mind is eager to solve the great mysteries of life and to know the unknowable. Instead of forcing, she lets her inner truth reveal itself in its own timing through moments of absolute revelation and recognition. The head pressure connects her to the unknowable and back to her origins. Here is her secret garden, the truth that is hers and no one else’s.
The Mystic has an inherent awareness of universal underlying principles and is seeking no God outside herself. This archetype will intuitively know something and follow it without hesitation, even without logical explanation. She just knows. At the same time, she is ready to live without answers. Moving through life without holding on to knowledge makes her spontaneous, wild, and at times paradoxical.
The Mystic’s genius is grounded in the right creative hemisphere of the brain. Her intimate partner, the Scientist (62), has more of a traditional logical intelligence that stems from the left hemisphere of the brain. He is a wordsmith who can break down and explain complex reasoning so that everyone understands. The Mystic admires her partner’s genius but doesn’t invest energy in finding logical explanations. She simply wants to dance to the music of mystery. It’s important for her to bring higher states of mind and spirit into the body. She integrates these states through her healthy, vibrant, feminine temple. She breathes creativity and the pulse of life through her whole being. That’s also what creates a powerful polarity between her and the Scientist.
The Mystic naturally discerns what is authentic and what is nonsense, what is genuine and what is fake, even in situations of total chaos where other people are lost. Her absolute trust in life empowers others to tune into their inner knowing as well as moving closer to the great mystery, the invisible and divine worlds.
Much of the Mystic’s process has to do with emptying out so that divine wisdom can occupy her. She lives without attachments and is tested time over time as she assists in many death processes. This archetype is a doula and because she doesn’t hold on to anything she can accompany souls between this world and the occult world’s most humans don’t have access to.
The Mystic also has a close relationship to the Innovator (24). Together they create sacred spaces where they receive people that have come to realize that they are ready to transcend the addiction and psychosis of the mind. Using silence (Shiva) and breath (Shakti) as their main modalites, nothing is forced and that is how the greatest shifts occur. In the space of these two archetypes people empty their minds and vessels of overactivity and what remains is inner peace. From this place of calm yet creative inner movement what emerges in its own timing is unique inspiration and inventiveness.
Together with the Euterrian (19) and the Magician (60), the Mystic is a Portal Guardian for the Codon Ring of Gaia. This codon ring holds the blueprint that all beings on earth will eventually once again live in union. It conveys how the ecosystem of this planet is destined to discover its own inner truth as one whole. All the secrets are inside, and everything in this universe has the same inner truth at the core.
