Notice where your system tightens around old stories: too much, too sensitive, too dramatic, too needy, not enough. Let yourself feel the weight of those labels without fixing them. With each breath, imagine you are softening your grip on these identities and offering them compassion instead of criticism.

Shadow is not the enemy; it is unmet life.
It is the part of you that learned to survive by hardening, judging, withdrawing, or expecting the worst.
At the Black Door, we recognize that:
